Projection TV ghosting with blue and yellow

My projection TV is ghosting is is splitting blues and yellows. I have tried to find the crossline in the menu but have not been able to locate that. What can I do?

Reply to Edward's Post: It is a Samsung but I am not sure the model. I am trying to find the model now. It is 3 years old. I have tried adjusting the screen through the menu with the color and contrast but I have not been able to find the crossline lineup feature.

I will need the model number to provide you specific information. The model number will be on the back of the TV near where the power cord is attached.
